The gentleman from Structured Foundation, Dale, came out and gave us an estimate. He thoroughly examined our property and explained how and why it was shifting. He explained how it would be done, how long it would take and what it would cost. No hard sell, we can repair it or not. He answered all our questions and we had complete faith in the process.
They came on the scheduled day (even though it was during quarantine due to coronavirus) and did their job while keeping plenty of social distance. Their work was excellent and the workers were great. They did minimal damage to my landscaping & replaced the plants.
All the cracks in my home closed. The crack in the kitchen floor tile closed so well you can’t even see it. Truly an excellent experience, these guys are great!

Got busy, got the job done with minimal disruption to the property. They did a good job replanting the shrubbery and repairing the sprinkler system. You can hardly tell I had foundation work done.
The crew did an awesome job with my house. They were very courteous and professional.
Coby ran the crew very well. Each person knew their job and performed without hesitation. When Coby would give instructions to the crew, they jumped to the job and never gave any flack about what they were supposed to do. They had a lot of respect for Coby. If I ever need work again, I would like Coby & his crew to perform it.
Dale seemed very professional & knowledgeable about foundation repair. He worked with us to resolve any issues or questions. Office staff was very polite & helpful. The crew was outstanding & very courteous & helpful of our home & property. They worked very hard despite equipment issues. They knew what they were doing & what had to be accomplished. I would suggest that management get involved to udste and/or repair equipment.
I would recommend Structured Foundation Repair to anyone. I chose them after interviewing 3 other foundation companies.
