I used Brandon at Structured Foundations of Houston to give me an estimate for foundation leveling of a house I am... looking to purchase. He was on time and professional throughout the entire process. He was the second company I call out for this service and he was by far the more detailed and thorough of the two. He even found evidence of potential movement that both the inspector and the previous foundation repair company had missed. While he could have recommended repairs and given me an estimate he was honest about the state of the home and explained he didn't believe there was any repairs needed at this time. After leaving the site I had a few questions I had forgotten to ask and Brandon was easy to get ahold of and happy to answer anything else I had thought of. Would recommend in the future .read more

Terrible company. Does not return your phone calls once they finish the work. The house still has the really unlevel... area that the reset/reshim was supposed to fix. All they really did was cause massive cracks in the the walls/frames on the part of the house that didn't really have much of a leveling issue. I had to spend $5k fixing the walls in those areas, and still have a massive dip in my house because (apparently) they didn't even try to level it.Concerned that they didn't actually do what I paid them to do, I called three times and was repeatedly told I would be called back by "Bryant." He never called me back. They finally gave me his cell phone number and he never answers; left him a voice mail and he never called back.read more

I called and the owner came to see my house foundation problems 4 years ago. He was knowledgeable and suggested the... right repair for the house. He also did not push a salesman pressure on us. I decided to use the service. The repair offered life-time warranty. Recently part of the house had a minor foundation issue. I don't think it was theirs: it's more about the soil around that area. I called and they came to fix the issue professionally.read more

I waited a week for someone to come give me a quote. 10 mins before they were scheduled to be here, they called and... said they had to re-schedule because they left their binder at their last appointment. TAKE NOTES ON YOUR PHONE!!...TAKE PICTURES....go get your binder on your own time. Dont call 10 mins before your appointment to re-schedule. I used this business to evaluate whether I needed any foundation work. They were prompt and very courteous. The... evaluation was extremely detailed. He preformed level tests through out the house and inspected the pier and beam structure. Post inspection, I was told my home did not need any work. I was told not to worry. I only had typical structural movements due to the age of the home and dry conditions. I then received an email with a layout of the home with noted findings. This was all done as a free estimate as advertised. I would highly recommend this company. Honest and professional work!read more

The previous homeowner installed a poor drainage system so it needed to be redone. Brandon came out to inspect the... issue and gave a very good quote and was very professional. Brandon came out to look at a potential problem with my foundation on the garage. Turns out the problem was not as bad... as I thought it was and he gave me recommendations on how to fix before it actually does become a major foundation issue, all of this with no cost to me. He could have tried to sell me something I did not need, but was very honest and friendly.read more

Wow! I cannot believe the excellent customer service from this company, you just don't get this kind of service... anymore. Brandon, who is the owner of the company is the one who actually came out to do the inspection. Brandon was very kind and patient, he explained everything that he would be doing and answered all of my questions as well. The inspection report that he gives you is very legible and he explains everything in detail. Brandon was very honest with pricing for the work that needed to be done and even suggested a few things that we could do on our own to save money.
